Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to Blue Sparrow Salon as it is  reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.


Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text message. We kindly ask that you respond to confirm, cancel, or reschedule because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you booked months ago.  

Late Arrivals

To be respectful of other guests and their scheduled appointments, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or move your appointment to another stylist if available.  

Charges For Time Reserved

For any 2 missed appointments (due to arriving late, missing them completely, or canceling with less than 24 hour notice) there is a 50% charge of the booked value of your scheduled service. This charge will be added to your next appointment in addition to your services received the day of, and you may be asked to reserve your next appointment with a credit card.


For the best service when booking your appointment we ask that you call the salon during business hours to book your appointments.


Blue Sparrow Salon and their staff are dedicated to giving each client the highest level of service, therefore we must strictly enforce our policies. We hope that you understand that we set our policies with our future and current clients in mind. 

Childcare Policy

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend on yourself. We also understand that your "me time" doesn't always line up with your hair appointments, however our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. Respectfully, we ask that you make all childcare arrangements prior to your scheduled salon appointment. In the event that you must bring a young child 8 or younger into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional adult or 18+ caretaker. Due to limited space, and for safety purposes, we kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas.


Neither Blue Sparrow Salon, nor their stylists/staff can be held liable for any injury or damages caused by children in the salon. By bringing a minor into the salon, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for their actions. Blue Sparrow Salon and Spa reserves the right to hold legal guardians/clients financially responsible for any and all damages incurred by the child/children.


While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child's safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals, and a busy/congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. 

Services are available to children with the legal parent/guardian present at the time of their service. Blue Sparrow Salon stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service as long as you call within 7 days of the original service to schedule the redo. It must be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. In the event that the original stylist has no time available or if you feel that the service provider is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made.
